Black rayon, sleeveless, summer dress, with a wide collar, edged in lace and tatting. Does up with three 1” buttons, and snaps. Interior button to wrap on the inside. At the shoulder the collar is 8” wide, bypassing the dress by 3”. The shoulders also have shoulder pads, helping the collar be prominent. The collar creates a deep neckline. Made in Korea
