Cropped silver unlined jacket, with a stand collar, by Sheri Martin NY. Once upon a time the jacket had shoulder pads, but these have been ripped out, leaving a small amount of foam in their place. This jacket does not actually fasten close, but a couple of hooks and eyes could solve that.
